Tim Clay is an Enrolled Agent, a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor, and a member of the Sleeter Consultant’s Network. Mr. Clay is a former member of the IRS Advisory Committee (IRSAC) a nation committee that advises the IRS on tax policy (2001 – 2004). Mr. Clay specializes in working with growing businesses providing accounting and business strategies. As a writer, he has contributed to the Wall Street Journal, Message Magazine, and The Birmingham News. He creates materials that simplify business processes and make accounting and tax concepts easier to understand.
Mr. Clay has been married for 33 years and has two daughters.
His hobbies are reading, music, travel, and photography. He
is known to have a “sweet” basketball jumper.
Deryck Ferrier is an Enrolled Agent and a Tax Fellow. He actually loves representing individuals and businesses in trouble with the IRS. As a trained engineer and realtor, Mr. Ferrier has the business and tax savvy to not only negotiate with the IRS, but come out a winner.
Mr. Ferrier has been married for 17 years, has four children
and nine grandchildren. He has a love for self-improvement,
and has traveled to India to study under Deepak Chopra. He is
a life long learner.
